C# Development

During my time working for the people I have, as well as in my own spare time, I have created many C# .NET applications to either experiment with new technologies or streamline operations in the business.

One of my favourite and most useful developments, Notator, I created whilst working at The Garden Village. Notator was created to streamline the tasks and notes system used in the office, as notes taken during phone calls were made on paper, and frequently went missing. My idea was to create a program which would store notes on a central server, which was accessible to all the computers on the local network. It was designed to make use of shortcut keys, and icons to make it fast and simple to use for people with various abilities. The result was a program which the staff liked and continue to use today.

Another development I am fond of is a utility to capture part of my screen in a simple fashion, and provide me with a quick link to the picture after it was copied onto my server. This was created to help me quickly take a screen shot of errors and interesting material, and share them with colleagues when developing together.

I have also created smaller tools to assist me in creating and testing loops for sound files. I struggled to find a simple application to seamlessly loop audio files, and test them at various frequencies, so I created my looper.
